The Fashion sector currently suffers from

a lack of ethnic and socio-economic diversity and inclusion within the Fashion Design sector, particularly within decision making roles.

Less than 1/5 of Fashion brands & retailers are being operationally transparent on issues of sustainability and ethical trading practices.

This figure is significantly low. We need to see more being done to tackle the environmental challenges of the industry. Diversifying positions of influence and power will impact the speed of change.
